Two certificates cover this site in Shenzhen. Both are listed with the issuing body, certificate number, validity dates and certified scope, so a buyer or auditor can verify them directly.
ISO 9001:2015 — quality management

- Scope: production and sales of machinery spare parts.
IATF 16949:2016 — automotive quality management
- Standard: IATF 16949:2016.
- Issued by: AENOR INTERNACIONAL, S.A.U. (Madrid, Spain).
- Certificate no.: RA02-0022/2022. IATF number: 0444369.
- First issued: 23 March 2025 (2025-03-23). Valid until: 22 March 2028 (2028-03-22).
- Certified scope: production of LIDAR metal shell and metal spectacle frame.
- Exclusion: product design — we machine to the customer's released drawing and raise manufacturing risks in a DFM review.
Metrology that supports the certificates
Certification is only as good as the measurement behind it. In house: a Zeiss SPECTRUM coordinate measuring machine, SPECTROMAXx and NCS SparkCCD 6000A spark-OES spectrometers, an AI-Vision AIM432P vision measuring system and a TRIMOS V5 digital height gauge. Incoming stock is verified against the specified grade on the spectrometers, so the material certificate matches the metal in the part.
Scope boundaries we state openly
- Product design is excluded from the IATF certificate — design responsibility stays with the customer.
- Surface treatment (anodizing, passivation, plating, coating) is not done in house; it is placed with qualified subcontractors selected for environmental compliance and located close to the plant.
- Ra 0.2 µm is achievable on metals, ceramics and graphite — not on plastics.
- Metal parts are held to ±0.005 mm typical on 3-axis work; plastics, ceramics and graphite to ±0.01 mm.
How to verify
Certificate copies are available on request, and both can be checked against the issuing body's register using the certificate numbers above. For on-site audits, our European engineering partner Tubacon GmbH in Germany can participate, so an audit question does not wait on a time zone.
