Small parts are not easy parts. At a few millimetres, clamping force, burrs and thermal effects are all proportionally larger — and the part is often the one that decides whether the assembly works.
Small turned and milled components with cross-holes, flats, slots and threads — pins, bushings, spacers, fittings, small housings and connector bodies.
Swiss-type turning covers Ø 2–65 mm up to 300 mm long. Live tooling allows milling features in the same cycle, so a small complex part can be finished in one set-up — economical from prototype to high volume.
±0.005 mm on 3-axis work and ±0.01 mm standard on simultaneous 5-axis; critical dimensions verified on a Zeiss CMM, with batch traceability and EN 10204 3.1 certificates available.
