Your Trusted Partner for Precision Machining of Advanced Materials

We specialize in the materials other shops struggle with — Kovar®, Permalloy, tungsten alloys, carbon fiber composites and high-performance plastics. When we can hold tolerances on these, aluminum, stainless steel and titanium become routine.

Advanced & Difficult-to-Machine Materials Core Specialty

Standard Engineering Metals — Also Routine

Aluminum6061 / EN AW-6061 · 7075 / EN AW-7075 · 5083 / EN AW-5083
Stainless Steel303 / 1.4305 · 304 / 1.4301 · 316L / 1.4404 · 17-4PH / 1.4542
Carbon Steel1018 / 1.0402 · 1045 / 1.0503 · 4140 / 1.7225
BrassC360 / CuZn36Pb3 · C464 / CuZn37
CopperC110 / Cu-ETP · C101 / Cu-OFE
TitaniumGrade 2 / 3.7035 · Grade 5 / Ti-6Al-4V / 3.7165

Most equipment manufacturers need both everyday metals and advanced materials in the same project. We machine the full range in-house — so you do not have to split your BOM between a standard shop and a specialty shop.

Quality & Inspection

In-House Metrology & Material Verification

Quality is verified, not promised. Our in-house inspection lab confirms both the dimensions and the material of every critical batch before it leaves the floor — backed by ISO 9001:2015.

Zeiss CMM Inspection

Dimensional verification on a Zeiss coordinate measuring machine — full inspection, tight-tolerance reporting and first-article inspection (FAI) for complex and 5-axis components.

Material Spectrometer

A benchtop raw-material spectrometer verifies the chemical composition of incoming stock against the specified grade and EN/DIN number — so the certificate matches the metal in your part.

Certificates & Traceability

Material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), dimensional inspection reports and full batch traceability for semiconductor, optical and high-reliability equipment.

More than a part vendor

Beyond Machining — Engineering Services

The support on-demand platforms do not offer. This is where a long-term manufacturing partner earns the relationship.

Special Materials Core

Specializing in Kovar®, Permalloy, tungsten alloys, carbon fiber composites and high-performance plastics that most platforms outsource or refuse.

Quality Rescue Unique

When a batch fails inspection, we re-inspect, find root cause, and rework or replace — including parts made by another supplier.

Factory Audit Support Unique

Material certifications, traceability and engineering evidence so you pass your customer's supplier audit.

Custom Packaging Unique

Labeled kits, batch-segregated packs, ESD-safe and cleanroom packaging for semiconductor and optical use.

Assembly & Turnkey Unique

Sub-component assembly and multi-part-number supply — one accountable partner instead of five.

Why ProtoTech

A Manufacturing Partner, Not a Part Vendor

What changes when your supplier is built for your equipment program, not for quoting and shipping loose parts.
