Precision Bushings and Sleeves, Machined to Fit

A bushing is defined by two numbers: the bore that carries the shaft and the outside diameter that seats in the housing. Get either wrong and you get play, heat or a seized assembly — which is why every dimension here is measured, not assumed.

Why ProtoTech

Why equipment manufacturers choose us

Fits under control

Bore and OD machined to your fit class — clearance, transition or press — with concentricity verified.

Wear-aware material choice

Bronze, stainless, hardened steel or engineering plastics (PEEK, PTFE) selected for the duty cycle.

Measured, documented

Zeiss CMM dimensional reports per batch, so receiving inspection is a formality.

How we work

From Drawing to Delivered Part

A transparent, engineering-led process built for long-term supply programs — not one-off transactions.

1

Submit & Review

Send drawings and program context. Our engineers run a DFM review and flag tolerances, materials and risk before any cutting begins.

2

Quote & Material Plan

You receive a transparent quote plus a material-verification plan — grade, EN/DIN check and certificate strategy for your application.

3

Machine & Inspect

In-house precision machining, then Zeiss CMM dimensional inspection and spectrometer material verification on critical batches.

4

Deliver & Support

Kitted, ESD-safe or cleanroom packaging, with local engineering and after-sales support through our German partner.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Yes — tell us the fit (clearance, transition or press) and we machine bore and OD accordingly, verifying concentricity on the Zeiss CMM.
Bronze and hardened steel for load and speed; PEEK or PTFE where lubrication is impossible or chemical resistance matters. We discuss the duty cycle before quoting.
Our Swiss-type cells cover small diameters from Ø 0.5 mm; conventional CNC turning covers Ø 2–65 mm — so both miniature and mid-size bushings are routine.

What happens after you send your files

  • Within 1 business day an engineer — not a salesperson — reviews your drawings and replies.
  • DFM review: tolerances, material and risk flags, before any cutting begins.
  • Your quote includes a material-verification plan: grade, EN/DIN check, certificate strategy.

Every critical dimension is verified on our in-house Zeiss CMM · material chemistry confirmed by spectrometer · EN 10204 3.1 certificates available.
