Why Titanium
Titanium earns its place where weight and corrosion resistance are both critical — aerospace structures, subsea equipment, medical devices and high-end robotics. The challenge is machining: titanium has low thermal conductivity and a tendency to work-harden, so it needs rigid setups, sharp tools and effective cooling.

Machining Notes

Our in-house metrology includes a Zeiss coordinate measuring machine (CMM) for full dimensional inspection and First Article Inspection (FAI), plus a benchtop material spectrometer that verifies incoming stock against the specified grade. Every shipment can be supplied with EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and lot-level traceability, backed by ISO 9001:2015 (AENOR).
